Stumbled yesterday (Day 4 now)

    I was feeling really ill in work last night on the verge of passing out, and had my shake a few hours before, so I checked online and it said I could eat plain chicken. I bought a back of pre sliced flame grilled chicken, only 2 ingredients on the back one was 'brown sugar glucose' I was wondering if this will knock me off track. In the whole pack it said either 0.2 or 2g of carbs, and same for sugar. I ended up eating it all, around 140 cals of it, I feel like I've made a huge mistake.

    Also it's day 4 now and I'm still fatigued and quite hungry, will this pass? I'm drinking my water, and trying to space my meals out better but unsure if I can do this for another 23 days!

    I slept quite a lot towards the end of the first week, I was okay the first few days but after that I was wiped out, hopefully it will soon pass for you once your body is used to getting so few calories.

    Hi, I hope you're feeling a bit better today, I was soo tired n weak the first week, not to mention the headaches n mood swings haha
    It does pass, once you get fully into ketosis, and even now i have the odd day where i feel a bit more tired or weak, but on the whole now i have more energy than pre diet, and I have more time, with not needing to prepare any food.

    And a massive well done for being so sensible with your food choice! That shouldn't affect you getting into ketosis, and it shouldn't really effect your weightloss, unless you ate your body weight in chicken of course hehe

    Thanks for the support! The days got worse I got headaches all day, and last night fainted in the middle of the night on my way to the bathroom. I'm gonna see what other less intense plans that I can use up my other packs with, because this isn't really helping. I'm losing the weight but passing out a week in isn't healthy to me :( I wish it had worked out better. I've definitely kept up my water intake so it isn't even that. Do you have any suggestions on how to go forward with this?
