I was feeling really ill in work last night on the verge of passing out, and had my shake a few hours before, so I checked online and it said I could eat plain chicken. I bought a back of pre sliced flame grilled chicken, only 2 ingredients on the back one was 'brown sugar glucose' I was wondering if this will knock me off track. In the whole pack it said either 0.2 or 2g of carbs, and same for sugar. I ended up eating it all, around 140 cals of it, I feel like I've made a huge mistake.
Also it's day 4 now and I'm still fatigued and quite hungry, will this pass? I'm drinking my water, and trying to space my meals out better but unsure if I can do this for another 23 days!
