B - ham and herb omelette

S - galette with quark, splenda, sprinkle of cocoa and orange flavouring

Walking - 1hr 30 mins (around park and Gloucester Docks in the sunshine)

2 x diet coke, 2 x black coffee, 2 pints water

Yesterday
B - chicken omelette
L - chicken salad
D - chicken, rhubarb & quark
S - mince & mushrooms; galette, sweetened quark
2l water, 2 x black coffees

Today
B - 2 scrambled egg, smoked salmon, cottage cheese
L - chicken, cottage cheese, ham
D - salmon & herbs baked in foil
S - galette and quark/yoghurt
LOTS of water. MUST drink more!!!

Yep, I am quackers about it, lol!!
I bought a whole chicken and roasted it and I think I was on a mission to finish it!

Been pretty good on the old water intake today 3litres so far and a coffee - so fingers crossed the chicken and water will do the trick!

Sshhhhhh..... dont tell anyone but I lost 500g today. I had to jump on and off the scales a few times (and check it in stones and lbs) and am still not quite believing it - but I am finally 11stone something (the something is 13.25lb but hey 11 stone something - Woo hoo!!!!!)

Only another 3.25lb to go until my pre-holiday target (and 3 weeks and 2 days to do it..... surely I can do that?

Night out tonight at a wedding party.... diet coke with a water chaser all the way as Im driving, so no worries there - just hoping the buffet doesn't look appealing.

My mantra for the day is 3 weeks, 3lbs - BE GOOD!

Buffet looked nice but I was quite good and only had 2 chicken drumsticks and a tiny spring roll (that tasted like cardboard!) - hope it hasnt done too much damage.... diet cokes all night - so not much chance of getting to sleep for a while lol!

Feeling a bit frustrated with my 800g TOTM gain this morning - but will keep at it....

Today I plan to eat:-
B - smoked salmon and scrambled egg
L - turkey burgers
D - chicken breast
S - oatbran muffin, turkey ham

Lots of water, feeling very dehydrated today.
 
Hi Taf, you are doing really well - its your enthusiasm that is fab too. Any diet has its ups and downs but with Dukan there is more ups (a loss) than downs (a plus) ah you know what i mean! :)
I know I dont drink enough so ive filled my bottle and its now in the fridge hope you have a good day :)

Well the good thing is I am feeling ok and have managed without the usual carbs and chocs.

Today I am having....
B - ham and mushroom omelette
L - turkey mince & spices, onion, garlic, spinach
D - BBQ @ DHs cousins (hoping for lots of nice chicken & salad!)
S - galette, sweetened quark

Water, black coffee - and maybe some diet cokes

Need to start meal planning for our camping trip on Tuesday!
 
Skipped the WI today because of TOTM - but had a good day food-wise.

B - omelette with chopped lean ham
L - spicy extra lean minced beef, sweetened quark
D - cottage cheese, 2 x garlic and herb chicken breasts
S - galette, sweetened quark and vanilla

2 x black coffee, 2 pints water - plus a few more waters later.
Long walk around boating lake.

Gonna try and make some muffins to take camping later.
Have got eggs, turkey rashers, cooked chicken pieces, cottage cheese, tinned tuna & crab, and some 0% greek yoghurt so far.
Planning on lots of long beach walks.
 
Yay - another 300g down! 75.6kg today (11st 12.5lb). Am a happy bunny (or should that be camper!).
 
Camping diary..... so far - so ok.....

Tues
B - scrambled egg cottage cheese
L - cottage cheese, turkey ham, lettuce
D - chicken, peppers, onions, mexican spices
Forgot the oatbran etc so no galettes
Treat - 1 small low alcohol wine

Wed
B - sausage (I know!!), mushrooms, tomato
L - lettuce, cottage cheese, chicken, rocket
D - chicken, egg, mushrooms, tomato
Treats - skinny cappuccino, small low alcohol wine.

Lots of walking (including hills) but not much water,
doing 3 PV days (feels more like a holiday and easier to eat when on the move) and will do 3 PP days at the weekend when we get home.

We will see what the scales bring on Saturday.
 
Thurs - camping day 3 - home tomorrow

L - chicken, rocket, cottage cheese, cucumber, tomato
D - BBQ chicken, 1 sausage, salad, small bread roll
Lots of diet coke, lots of long beach walks

Have been really good and resisted the ice creams, crisps, chocolate, pasties and puddings that DH has enjoyed - so am not feeling too bad about the sausage and the roll. I feel like I have not deprived myself too much and managed to relax the dukan rules a little for my 3 day break - just hope I haven't undone ALL of my good work....
