Tania's Weight Loss Diary

So the weekend has been lots of visiting but not much on plan eating :(

I'm trying to drink lots of water and try and flush a bunch of it out. I also did an hour of Zumba on Friday afternoon and I'm going to sneak down and do another 45 minutes tonight.

Will also try and eat salad instead of cake tonight.
 
The day has started out okay, I guess. Looking ahead to the rest of the week and it's going to be a tough go; Jets' birthday is tomorrow, and with the crazy schedule this week we'll probably be celebrating it 3 times from now until Saturday. And I'm not really ready for his party (need a cake and treats for the guests).

Breakfast - cereal (HexB), yogurt, banana, coffee (HexA)

Lunch - Salad and chicken from last night. Some extra raw veggies to munch on.

Snack - May run down to the store and see if they have any fruit.

Dinner - More salad and left over chicken. or...some tuna and cheese on ryvita (HexA + HexB)

Doubt I'll have time to workout, but may be able to squeeze in 20 minutes of Zumba.
 
It's turned cold here :winter_brr: so no walk at lunch for me today. And I think my family is coming over for dinner tonight since it's Jets birthday. I told mom that since I'm making his favorite dinner we'll be having pasta with butter and cucumbers on the side :)

My food for Tuesday (EE):

Breakfast - yogurt, cereal (HexB) and defrosted frozen fruit. It was interesting and kind of squishy, but best be getting used to it for the next few months.

Lunch - Rice with oven roasted veggies (green & yellow beans, carrots, red pepper, cauliflower)

Dinner - Spag bol and salad. And birthday cake. And a glass of wine.
 
Had a good night :) A sensible portion of pasta, and salad, 2 glasses of wine and a small cupcake.

Today I'm volunteering at a casino to raise money for my sons school. Very easy...basically reading all day with a little bit of running around every once in a while. But, we have free reign to all the food places. So far I've been good...but still have a couple hours left....

Did 45 minutes of Zumba before breakfast too.
 
Blech...I think I'm getting a cold. Never fun. Going to try lots of water and vitamin C, and see if it goes away.

Still trying to be good for WI tomorrow, but it looks like it will be 1 up...maybe STS if I'm lucky.

Thursday's food (Red)

Breakfast - Banana, yogurt, cereal (HexB), coffee

Lunch - Salad, raw carrots and snap peas, tuna with mayo (2 syns). As one could imagine with a lunch like that i want a cookie.

Snack - Orange

Dinner - Sauteed veggies and chicken, I think. With some cheese maybe. Or it might be chicken noodle soup.
 
Shoot, forgot to update my own diary :)

1 pound up today...not good, not pleased but I know that I have to work a bit harder than I have been recently.

Food for today does not reflect the above affirmation of good behaviour.

Breakfast - eggs, cheese, crispy streaky yummy bacon and coffee.

2nd Breakfast - muffin (almost forgot that one)

Lunch - Veggie tempura (too greasy)

Dinner - out with my sister...will try for a nice salad. And a big glass of wine.
 
Glad that birthday party is over, I didn't have to do much but supervise, but wow was it tiring :)

Food was horrible...but here it is. I bought groceries today and got lots of fruit and veg...so the rest of the week should be good.

Breakfast - yogurt, cereal, banana, coffee

Lunch - 2 chicken strips and 1/2 order of fries

2nd Lunch - piece of pizza

Snack - beef jerky, sliver of cake.

Dinner - Shepards pie, and a glass of wine. And an orange.
 
For Sunday...a very lazy day wherein I got out of my PJ's to work out and then went straight back into them. We were also in bed by 8.

3 cups of coffee
McDonalds sausage biscuit and hashbrown
2 more cups of coffee
1 hour of Zumba
orange
Salad with a tiny bit of dressing
Beef stew - yummy
watermelon and another orange
mini Aero

and that was my day.
 
Monday - Start of a new work week. 3 more to go and then it's vacation.

EE day
Breakfast - strawberries, raspberries, yogurt, honey (1 syn) and cereal (HexB) - yummy, looked wonderful too.

Lunch - Left over shepards pie and a salad

Snacks - 2 oranges

Dinner - Baked chicken and sweet potato fries. Salad with a bit of dressing ( 2 syns), tiny glass of wine (4 syns, I actually measured it :) ), mini kit kat (3 syns)

25 minutes of Zumba.

Snack - More of breakfast, minus the cereal (1 syn).

Oh Tuesday...why can't you be more like your pal Thursday, full of excitement and anticipation for the weekend? No matter. I'm bored, it's still the afternoon, and I'm hungry for things that are not fruit, veggies or chicken. Which, of course, is all that's left in my lunch bag at the moment.

Red day

Breakfast - same as yesterday, minus the honey. (HexB)

Lunch- Chicken in wm pita, with lots of veggies. (HexB + 2 syns)

Snack - bell pepper strips (not cutting it), orange and banana potentially.

Dinner - Fish with green beans...maybe? I don't think I have green beans at home though. I'll probably wind up having another HexB too, so I'll syn something :)
 
Righty-o. Wednesday was good (few hours left to go), and work wasn't as insipid as yesterday which perked me up a lot. It's a much more pleasent way to pass the time when something interesting is happening.

Today is a Red day:

Breakfast - eggs, cheese (HexA) and bacon (6 syns)

Snack/2nd breakfast - strawberries, raspberries, yogurt, cereal (HexB)

Lunch - Fish and green beans

Snack - Orange

Dinner - Fajita with cheese (HexA, HexB) and a glass of wine (6 syns). Chocolate (probably...haven't opened it yet 3 syns).
 
Passable Thursday, lots to do at work until a half hour ago when everyone left to get ready for the company Christmas party (I sent my regrets) and now I'm bored. I also get to come into work tomorrow when everyone else has the day off because a sales guy can't read a flippin calendar and booked a demo for the afternoon. Oh well, I plan on doing nothing (more than the nothing I usually do) until they show up.

WI tomorrow too. I don't really have high hopes, * week should be here soon and I'm a little bloaty but not too bad.

Food for Thursday (Red or EE...don't know yet)

Breakfast - fruit, yogurt, cereal (1/2 HexB)

Snack - Banana

Lunch - left over fajita filling on ryvita (1/2 HexB)

Snack - orange

Dinner - spag bol and small glass of wine (4 syns) Then a couple bites of cake (whatever is left for syns)

45 minutes Zumba.

Eeek! Have to play catch-up from the weekend I see.

Friday: WI day and down a pound. I expected more, but I think I may be getting to the point where it's going to be hard to maintain/lose each week without putting some real effort into it.

Saturday: Busy

Sunday: Busy, but got the bottom half of the house clean.

Food was not great. Let's leave it at that.
