Here is my new and hopefully final diary ( hence the title) I'm going in hard now as of tomorrow and will update the gain after about 2-3 weeks of pissing around on cd and not following at all. Now I'm almost at target, I keep being naughty and thinking it's ok to eat chocolate, cakes, pizza... And the rest, so as of tomorrow it all stops and my life will focus on getting to target and improving my fitness. New diary, new start. Hopefully this is the beginning of the end and this will be the diary in which I reach my target and begin my maintenance. Please help me and be really strict with me xxx
