Technical Question...

Why can't I add to my signature (says I only have 130 charaters?). Also I can't put up a profile picture or add an avatar. Are there rules as to what can happen when? Does it relate to the number of posts made?

I don't get on often but the site helps me to log my progress and it's not letting me..I'm feeling a bit unloved!

What do I need to do?
