Teresa's 2011 diary

There is still some christmas cake left but i will avoid it today and I am not here tomorrow. The carrot cake was ok , it doesn't rise at all and i think i oversaok my scan bran as it is quite soggy. If the truth be told I like scan bran with cottage cheese or dairy lea by itself better than any of the cakes, i just like the idea of cake and LOVE the lemony quark icing.

Keeping fingers crossed for both of our weigh ins.

Todays menu

Breakfast
scan bran carrot cake, pear, satsuma, yogurt (HEB + 4 syns )

lunch
tomato soup
yogurt
(maybe some tuna or boiled eggs or sardines ie what I can find in the cupboard)

Tea
chicken
lots of veggies (green beans, carrots, brussels)
thin gravy made just with oxo (saving syns)
reamaining scan bran carrot cake (counted the syns at breakfast but only ate half)

This looks like a red day at the moment and as long as I am not too hungry I am going to try and keep it that way ...... If I am hungry I will add parsnips to my dinner and maybe potatoes :)


Hea milk in 3 teas + 2 laughing cow lights
HEB 5 scan bran if it stays as a red day will have 42 g rf cheese :)

well back from WI and lost a pound so back in target range. But have to say i was disappointed :-( trying to shake it off though. I know I am at a place my body likes (last year i stuck at 10 11 for weeks without moving) and it will only go below this with supreme effort and i can't even run at the moment :-(

So onwards and downwards I do only want to lose 6 more pounds so what does it matter if it takes 6 or 12 weeks ?

Nice one giving the scales away! Thats a main goal for me this week, no weighing till I go to class and hopefully this time it will be a nice surprise. Hope the rest of your week goes well :)

Have been very restrained with my syns this week :) So tomorrow is crunchie mcflurry day 16 syns. I am enjoying starting my syn week on weigh in day instead of ending it that day as wednesdays is a rushed day for me and i rarely eat as much so it is easy to start with a low syn day and that motivates me for thursday and friday. So I am already on day 3 with enough syns in hand for a mcflurry and still have 10 syns left for the day. :)

If I don't use too many of those extra 10 I will have a creme egg on sunday :)

Ooh I can't wait to try the new hifi. Will my consultant have them this week? Will nag her to let me try, I am her weigh in lady and she usually lets us try the new things.

It was lovely! Not sure when they will be in group and we only got one little sample bar.

Ran out of time today and ended up coming in from an evening out and going through mcdonalds drive through for my mcflurry after midnight!!!
