Dinner - 2 x small jacket potatoes with leftover bolognaise mix, mixed veg

Tea - Bowl of BNS & Carrot soup - SW quiche , SW chips beetroot and pease pudding

Drinks - Tea, pepsi max

Snacks - Rice pudd with jam, orange jelly with fresh fruit in the bottom

Syns - Sugar (2) Jam (2) Cheese on quiche (2) corned beef in quiche (0.5) Total 6.5
