Started on Monday 13/08/2012...It seems that i have an endless week..but i am decided to win..
WEEK 1- DAY 4
16/08/2012 - GREEN DAY
B-1 boiled egg,2 wholemeal bread, lettuce,cucumber..water, green tea..
1 apple
L-1/3 pulses- 2/3 salad(lettuce,onions)
watermelon
D-grain rice with colourful peppers,onions,chopped tomatoes..
1 glass semi-skimmed milk

anyone knows if i start a red day or green day i can eat 2 hea and 2 heb?

I am thinking of some exercise in the afternoon..taebo..30 min..

3 days left for weight in..

success express works! it gave me power to continue with red and green days..when i feel that i am out of plan i going to do for 2-3 days success express..:)

Although the first week was great..last night i saw in the mirror my legs with all that cellulite and felt really bad..:( I always felt bad about my legs.."my fat knees"..
but now i am back on track..and i have to stick to it..yes..

D-1/3 pasta or noodles,2/3 boiled vegetables(carrots,mushrooms,broccolli),melon

Hi Maz8!

Success Express its a way to help boost your weighloss.

the plan is to have 3 meals a day, each meal must have 2/3 of the plate of super free foods and 1/3 of your plate must be free foods from green and original plan( you can choose from both or just from one if you want)
Also 1 or 2 HEA and 2 HEB.

Any snacks inbetween meals must be only superfree foods (ex.fruits,vegetables and syn free yogurts)

The most important is that you still can have 5-15 syns per day but you have to count the highest value.(Ex. if you want to have sausage you have to count it as a green day)

I think that is tha basic idea..when i feel that i am out of plan for any reason..it helps me get back on track in the same week..:)

L-Noodles with mushrooms and peppers(leftovers) and salad
D-grain rice with salad

Snacks: melon, green tea, yogurt fat free with honey(3 syns).

SYNS: ice cream :( (12 syns)

Not a good day..i wanted to eat sweets..

26/08/2012 - RED DAY

B-Baked vegetable frittata
L-Pork kebap and salad
D-chicken kebap with salad

Snacks: watermelon.

SYNS: ice cream :( (5.5 syns)

I hope this is going to be a good day! I have to stick to plan..TOMORROW IS MY WEIGHING DAY!
I am not far from my target..sooooooooo concetrate and continue..POWER POWER POWER!
 
Hi Oasis..yea didn't go well though..because finally i ate bigger portion of rice and i cheated late at night and ate ice cream:(

Tonight i am going to check my weight but i am not waiting much..

I think i have to reduce my syns during the day instead of 15 to 7..i dont know what is the problem..i dont feel that it was a good week..anyway i will check tonight!
