    Hi all

    I have been doing WW now for a few weeks but have decided to do my food diary on here from now on to try to keep me on track etc.

    So here goes:
    Monday: 24 points
    Breakfast - 1 x Weetabix Oatybar 1 point

    Then did 30 mins of Davina Super body workout

    Lunch- Mug Shot 5 points, 2 x Crackerbread 1 point

    Afternoon snacks - Curly Wurly 2.5 points
    Slimming World Hifi bar 2 points
    2 x cans Diet coke

    Dinner - 1 x chicken kiev 5.5 points, 200g chips 3 points, roasted red & yellow pepper & red onion.
    Pudding - Weetabix Oatybar 1 point

    Evening snack - 4 x crispbreads 2 points, 2 x laughing cow light triangles 1 point.

    Total = 24 points
    30 Mins Exercise

    It doesn't seem like much food for the points values ...I'd be starving by evening meal:17729:
