ok so i'm a bit worried i'm going to gain or sts this week i seem to be picking a lot this is due to hanging around the kitchen or making alot of pudding receipes and then trying them out so i've been on the sw website and looked at the 7 day meal planner and written down in my notebook my meals for roughly 7 days. this includes healthy extras but not all my syns i will update and change accordingly nearer the time.
Tuesday-EE
x2 weetabix and milk and fruit.(HEA + HEB)
Celeriac soup and plums.
frozen mullerlight for snack and fruit i'll eat after WI tonight.
Quorn bol with veg.
ff flumps 3.5 syns
cinimmon snaps x2 2.0 syns
twirl 6.0 syns
feeling quite bloated at the moment and WI tonight so hope its better by then.

Wednesday-EE
Grilled Bacon sandwich with Red sauce (HEB) + 1.0 syn.
Celeriac soup + fruit.
Turkey, sw chips and veg.
HEA- milk.
had about 10.0 syns on choc.

Thursday-EE
Cheese omlette with red sauce (HEA) + 1.0 syn.
? out with mum will eat when i return.(didnt eat any lunch was to busy shopping and then got back at 4pm so just cooked dinner instead
pork chop no fat, veggies and pasta with quark

Friday-EE
Poached egg and beans on toast (HEB).

homemade fish and chips with egg and salad.

congrats on the 2lb loss - that's fab - especially considering you thought the opposite. you must have been snacking on good veggies LOL!
think your menu is looking great. Im planning to make some home made burgers this weekend. How do you do yours?

Hi I love homemade burgers i never made them before sw. I mix extra lean mince with chopped garlic clove and herbs and chopped onion and squeeze into balls then push down i tend to cook them in the oven that way the middles cook better and they dont fall apart (they do shrink a bit though).Hubby nearly passed out at the price of the extra lean mince though lol,:D especially when the butcher said its only leaner because its put through the mincer more times than normal.

Right thats it chocaslim time to knuckle down and get a decent loss for this week no cheating, no picking just 3 meals with a proper 1/3 superfree and fruit for snacks properly weighted out Healthy extras and maybe make the 1/2 syn roulade and a scanbran recipe in between and good exercise again walking to work:D. sorry about that just had to give myself a kick up the rear before i start creeping up the scales rather than down then.
 
Well just done the school run and i'm sitting down wondering what i can eat that isnt any syns and wont spoil dinner might have to be fruit and quark with sweetner havent got alot in and dont do shopping till saturday.
had crab salad for lunch and ive got prawns in butternut curry sauce all homemade of course with rice,peas and sweetcorn yummy!

going to Leeds Castle Sunday so need to think of some good ideas for snacks and picnic lunch some of my ideas are=

Low fat supernoodles
boiled eggs
salad
veg sticks.
cereal bars as HEB.

Breakfast=1/2 a grapefruit with ff yoghurt and sweetner.
Lunch=salmon trimming salad.
Dinner=salmon and noodles with salad leaves. HEA=MILK
HEB=cereal bar or weetabix
syns=x4 chocs @ 3.5 each=14.0 syns
x1 sponge finger=1.0 syn
 
Hi well today was EE
went to leeds castle so did a lot of walking but also a lot of eating i will write it all down not sure on the syns though.
Breakfast-baked beans,egg,toms and mushrooms and bacon.
grapefruit and natural yoghurt.
Lunch-boiled egg, salad, mullar light, HEB- hi-fi bar.
HEA-milk
snacks fruit, mullar lights.
crab sticks
Dinner- skin less chicken and low fat super noodles with broccoli and sweetcorn
syns= half a cupcake-?
3 double choc chip mini cookies-3.0
2 morning coffees-2.0
peanut sweets x3-?
and i'm sure there probably more.

Hi today is EE.

Lunch- 2 egg omlette with tomatoes and mushrooms salad leaves and smoked salmon
snack 2x slices of scan bran cake-4 syns
3 morning coffee biscuits and 1 mini choc chip cookie-4 syns and 2 sponge fingers-2 syns
well had weight in today and lost 1.5lbs and then scoffed the rest of the scan bran cake so may of gone over syns but better than eating loads of chocci bars so im not too fussed.

well good morning folks im here again for another day had scrambled eggs today and smoked salmon with a little red sauce so thats 1.0 syn so far.

Well today has been good so far and i resisted all the cakes in the bakery earlier when i went in to get my daughter her sausage roll.
so today=ee
Brekkie-sw rice pudding,ff frais & apple.
lunch-salad, ff frais, salmon chunk.
Dinner-lasangna and salad.
snacks-fruit and yoghurt.

did lots of walking today about 3 hrs.
and i drank 2 litres of water yippee this is the first time ive drunk more than 3 cups of coffee a day so im proud of myself.
