Hi all, well today is an EE day.
HEA=milk or 3x babybel lights
HEB=porridge oats and 1 scanbran with quark and banana.
Breakfast=magic porridge with fruit and scanbran.
Lunch=low fat supernoodles, salad and an orange.
Dinner=extra lean mince and pasta. with 15g garlic and herb sauce light=1.0 syns
Melon for a snack at 3.15pm.

total=9.5 syns.
 
Fridays meal plan=EE.
breakfast-sw rice pudding with fruit.
Lunch- crabstick salad and 15g garlic and herb sauce light=1.0 syns
Dinner-chicken,mash,baked beans and a tin of tomatoes-yum proper comfort food we spent half the day up the hospital with our 7yr old daughter to be told they have now diagnosed her with Aspergers stuck in a room for 4hrs all being questioned and her being assessed was exhausting but at least after 3 years we have a result not a great one but its a result all the same.

Well today is-EE.

yay lost a pound that takes me into the 9s

Hi its wednesday day after wi and i would love to lose 2lbs this week so here goes

Lunch-lf supernoodles with mushrooms and onions.
Dinner-sw pasta quiche with baked beans and tinned tomatoes.
HEA-a splash of milk and 28g of cheddar spread on quiche only had a 1/3rd of quiche though.
HEB-28g shreddies and cereal bar.

Hi thanks for popping by jules im hoping for about 2lbs this week and so far so good i take each day at a time and ive been 100% the past 2 days.
Breakfast-28g shreddies ff yoghurt with banana.
Lunch-mugshot with extra onion i think i wrote all this above but only just remembered doh!!
Dinner- sw quiche with baked beans and broccoli and carrots.

Hi well today was another green day consisting of me eating lots of green peanut m&ms(cheap brand so lots of colours) out of my daughters sweet tub so not good had to give them away otherwise i wont be losing anything this week-

Hi all, well today has gone quite well went to see my dad he hasnt been feeling to good lately and has got really high blood pressure the doctor has referred him to the hospital but thats not until end of next April so the worry of it all is making him feel even worse and now he is getting chest pains so ive said to go back to the doctors my daughter had a lovely time playing in the garden and it was nice to sit in the sun on his garden bench and have a cuppa.

then we went to tescos on the way home and bought hubby and daughter some pizzas 3 for a fiver but here is my menu for today.

Lunch-grapes didnt eat at dads today didnt want to put him out.
Dinner-tinned spaghetti, mashed potato,

Hi all i havent updated this diary for about 3 wks been supporting my mum with ww had a 3.5lb loss the first week and a 1/2lb gain the next thankfully ive left my mum to it and ive been back at sw for the last 5 days and i'm doing quite well " I LOVE SW" ww was good for me to shake things up abit and it allowed me to eat alot of chocolate unfortunaley to much and not enough fruit and veg even though they are free.
I've been trying Red days this week to restrict my carbs as im worried about gaining after ww. but i feel fairly slim lol!!:D that sounds quite funny Ill start my diary below and back date the last 5 days and progress made since i started sw in january i'll included my 2 weeks as a trator though:rolleyes:.
 
Well Red day it is never done them before so please let me know if i'm wrong anywhere-
Breakfast=Orange and apple.
Lunch=Salad and Tuna plus a ff yoghurt.
Dinner=Beansprouts, Pheasant and salad with 1 tbsn salad cream.

Hi everyone its monday day before wi think i'm on the right track for a loss and sitting in the garden typing away listening to my 7yr old chatting away to herself im surprised she doesnt lose her voice sometimes bless her its constant.
