Tuesday 20th January - Extra Easy again - managed to stick to plan yesterday so here's hoping I can do the same today :)

B: 2 x wm bread (HEB), 2 x frylited eggs, Flora (1 syn)

Snk: Grapes

L: Salad - lettuce, cucumber, tomato, grated carrot, beetroot, chicken pieces, 1 slice ham, cottage cheese, pasta, Mullerlight choc n orange yoghurt (yum!) - does anyone think this is too much food??

D: Noodles, stir fry veg, salmon, 1/2 Blue Dragon chow mein sauce (2.5 syns)

Snk: Raspberries & blackberries with WW vanilla yoghurt and Hartley's rasp & cranb jelly (0.5 syn), 1 x Guylian choc (3 syns)

Drink: 2 x decaf coffee, 3 x NAS squash, 1 x herbal tea, Options made with milk (HEA & 2 syns)

Syns: 9 - woohoo another good day!!

Wednesday 21st January - Extra Easy again - I hope these days work for me as it's my first week back on plan and will be gutted if I put on or sts!!

B: 2 x wm bread (HEB), 2 tsp jam (1), Flora (1), Satsuma

Snk: Apple

L: Chicken pieces, Chicken mugshot, WW rasp yog

Snk: Pineapple

D: Turkey wrapped in bacon with 28g cheese (HEA) and bbq sauce (1) with SW roast baby potatoes & mushrooms cooked in passata with mixed herbs

Snk: WW cheese puffs (3.5), Mini cad chomp (3), Options (2)

Drink: 3 x NAS squash, 1 x decaf coffee, 2 x diet pop

Syns: 11.5 - could have lost it tonight - I NEEDED chocolate or cake!!! AF is on her way lol

Thursday 22nd January - Green Day - AF arriving Sat so I'm fighting the urge to eat everything in sight!! :eek:

L: Pasta, passata, herbs, 28g cheese (HEA), WW Vanilla yoghurt

Snk: Banana

D: Chicken (HEB), rice, curry sauce (5.5), mini naan (5.5)

Snk: Hartley's Apple & Watermelon jelly (0.5 syn), SAJ S&V popcorn (2 syns)

Drink: 1 x decaf coffee, 3 x NAS squash, 2 x diet pop, 1 x herbal tea

Syns: 13.5 - did quite well not to snack and go over this - tried to distract myself looking at honeymoon destinations on t'internet and it worked!! :)

Friday - Green Day - lost 2lbs this week! :) Will really struggle today as I'm still needing to eat everything in sight, not that I'm hungry as such it's just hormones I think! So I'm going to sort of flexi-syn today and tomorrow as I find it really hard Fri and Sat anyway - I'm going to aim for less than 30 syns both days.

L: Chicken mugshot, WW cheese puffs (3.5 syns)

D: Oops gave in to a takeaway - chicken chow mein (7 syns), chicken (HEB) in tomatoey sauce (5 syns?), few chips (8 syns?), gravy (4 syns?)

Drink: NAS squash x 2, 1 x decaf coffee, 1 x diet pop
Syns: 30.5 syns - this is guestimated though!

Monday 26th January - Green Day - ok didn't have a very good weekend at all (nasty AF made me eat chocolate and biscuits!) but I guess 4 days on plan last week is better than none the couple of weeks before! See if I can manage 5 or 6 this week haha!! Trying to persuade h2b to go to the Maldives for honeymoon but he still isn't convinced....if I manage to persuade him it should motivate me to try harder so that I can for the first time in my life wear a bikini! Going to try for less than 8 syns a day this week to try and make up a little bit for the weekend!

Yeah thanks, me to - we have always stayed in England for holidays since we got together so end up in the Lakes or Dales in March or October (he races pigeons during the summer months)! The Maldives just looks like paradise but he isn't convinced about the flying for 10 hours!!

Quorn eggs are like mini scotch/picnic eggs and they are really nice. They come in a pack of 12 for around £2.29 and are 1 syn each :) yummy!
 
Tuesday 27th January - Mix2Max - managed to stick to plan yesterday :) so hopefully here's to another good day...

L: Salad - rocket, tomato, cucumber and beetroot with chicken pieces, cottage cheese and 3 x Babybel Light (HEA)

Snk: 2 x satsumas, 2 x Quorn eggs (2)

D: Chilli - 85g lean minced beef (HEB) mixed with Quorn mince, chopped toms, sweetcorn, baked beans, chilli packet mix (6 syns but will make 4 meals so 1.5 for tonight) with rice and a few SW chips

Snk: Mullerlight choc n vanilla, mini twister (2.5)

Drink: 2 x decaf coffee, 4 x NAS squash, 1 x diet pop

Wednesday 28th January - Extra Easy - won't be such a good day syns wise today as h2b now cooks on a Wednesday lol and he 'can only' do curry so the sauce is fairly high in syns! Not sure whether I will get away with mixing my days up so much either but we will see...

Snk: Ok this is where it all went wrong! Was looking at Maldives holidays and suddenly felt like I was there and the idea of All Inclusive wine and food....I ended up having almost half a bottle of red along with a small twix and a small bag of Maltesers oh and 2 x lemon melt biscuits!! :eek: Messed up big stylee!!! Ah well will have to be extra good tomorrow!


Drink: 3 x decaf coffee, NAS squash x 1, diet pop x 1, 1 x tea, half a bottle of red wine :eek:


Syns: 16.5 planned - oops, plus lots more in the end (see above!). Ah well at least h2b has started cooking it's only took him 3 1/2 years bless him! I'll have to teach him a new healthier recipe!

Thursday 29th January - Extra Easy again - not sure whether this plan will work for me, it feels so much like 'normal' eating that I seem to stray more easily or maybe it's just the frame of mind I am in at the mo!!

Friday 30th January - Green Day - Can't believe it I forgot to weigh in this morning, most days I can't stop myself getting on them and I was in such a rush today I forgot!! - don't think I will have lost anything though after Wed nights little binge!! So I think I'll either class it as a 'sts' or get weighed tomorrow.

Snk: Small choc chip cookie (3.5)

L: Pasta, 5 x LC triangles (HEA), Pineapple

D: Quorn cracked black pepper fillet, SW chips, peas, mushrooms, Tom K (2 syns), 1 x wm nimble (1/2 HEB)

Drink: 2 x decaf coffee, 3 x NAS squash, 1 x highlights (2), cheese curls (3.5)

Syns: 11 - this is great for a Friday for me!!! Normally I struggle to keep below 30 syns on a Fri night!!

Saturday 31st January - Green Day - not really on plan today as will be having takeaway tonight, but at least it's only one this week not two like most weekends!!

D: 3 x slices pizza, few fries - guestimated at 30 syns!

Drink: 1 x decaf coffee, 1 x tea, 2 x NAS squash, 2 x diet pop

Syns - far to many, guestimated around 44.5!! Oops!
 
Sunday 1st February - Extra Easy - having a real rubbish weekend but I'm going to try and stick to it today!

L: Pasta, passata, cheese (HEA)

Snk: Banana

D: Turkey, frylite roast potatoes, veg, gravy (2), mini Yorkie pud (3)

L: Morrocan cous-cous (1), chicken pieces, Tesco LC cup a soup (2), Mullerlight

Snk: 2 x Quorn eggs (2)

D: Salmon with stir fry veg, 1/2 pack savoury rice, Blue Dragon Chilli & Garlic sauce (5.5 - I know this is alot for 1/2 a small sachet but I bought it and didn't realise the syns so had to eat it!)

Snk: Mini maltesers (5.5)

Drink: 2 x decaf coffee, 2 x NAS squash, 2 x diet pop

Syns: 16 - won't be buying that stir fry sauce again!!

Thursday 5th February - Extra Easy again - if I don't lose any weight this week I am going to switch back to a mixture of red and green days (seem to want to 'cheat' more on EE for some reason!).

Snk: Maltesers Bunny Bar (8) - this thing just jumped on me at the petrol station while I was paying!!! :eek:

Drink: 2 x decaf coffee, 1 x NAS squash, 1 x green tea, 1 x tea - haven't drunk enough today or had any fruit - I find it hard to eat fruit when it's soooooo cold!!! MUST try harder.

Friday 6th February - Mix2Max - I've lost 1 lb this week which I guess is good considering I haven't had the greatest weekend or week! I really have got to try harder I haven't eaten much fruit all week or drunk enough water so that's my aim for next week - more fruit more water less syns!!!

Hmm well what can I say as usual had a fairly bad weekend diet-wise! Saturday I stuck to it til dinner then had 3 slices of pizza and fries, and a HUUUUUUGE bar of Dairy Milk! Then yesterday wasn't too bad but just had a mixed up day wasn't sure what day to count it as in the end, started as EE but had 2 HEBs! And a McFlurry! I'm feeling so despondant about this diet at the mo, wondering whether I keep cheating coz I'm bored of it now....all I seem to do is think about food and how many HE's have I had and how many syns have I had what can I have for my next meal etc......seriously thinking about going onto WW as I lost 3 stone on that 5 years ago fairly easily really (2 have stayed off). Maybe on SW I just eat too many calories for the amount of activity I do (none - so lazy!). Anyway I'm gonna give it this week and see how I go, maybe it's just phase I'm going through.....
