todays weigh in

Lost another 4lb in 2 weeks and 4 inches which so far is a total of 17 inches from bust,waist and hips :D

ive been on 810 plan for last couple of weeks but im moving up to 1000 next week as i keep having dizzy spells and think my body needs more calories, wanted to stay on 810 till i got to goal but i dont want to keep feeling crappy so think its best to move up.

ive realised now tho that im at my lowest weight since i cant remember :D
