Once again, due to work and being so ridiculously busy, I havent eaten enough! I've got to nip this in the bud and fast!

Going to make them sometime soon sound yum :) I STS :( too much junk available on pro points for me at the moment :( so I'm trying simply filling for a bit to try and hopefully get me used to not reaching for chocolate bars etc to use up extra points!!

Only day one but already refused burger king which is something that when on pro points I'd be like oh we'll il just have that and add it to my points! End of the day it is burger king so not exactly healthy behaviour...so I need to avoid them for a while!

Right I was really bad yesterday but I'm being good today :D and for the rest of the week! Got an assignment for my OU degree in on Tuesday and have been working like mad! When I've got it all over and done with I'll concentrate on my eating :p

Don't know what to have for dinner though.....

Even though I have been AWOL I have kept my promise! Still just within Syns but not as mobile due to my back! However it's physio today (grrrrr) and essay writing for my first OU assignment this week has ruined me!!!!
I would love half a lb this week for my half stone :) I think I may start writing my food diary on line and then print it off as I spend a lot of time on the internet at work or alternatively I could whip myself into shape and actually remember my folder when I go to work!!!
