I know I'm not eating or drinking enough and it's bad!!!!

Have got all of my meals planned but things just go wrong!!!

For example- I had everything for yesterday at work planned to eat and put it all in the fridge at work- which promptly broke down without me realising and I had no idea :( so I had to throw it all away as it was warm!

No one up there is loving me at the minute!!

Had a 13 hour gap between meals on Monday!!!

I think I'll be lucky if I get a loss today, 2x FlexiSyn days and I have eaten well although definitely not enough!!!

I need to think about my planning as my Monday's will now always be 17 hr shifts!!!!!

Going to drink around 1 Ltr of water at work this am, I then have my first physiotherapy gymnasium session at the hospital, then it's my meeting and then I'm going into town for a friends birthday!

Tbh I'd rather just go back to bed...... Tomorrow off though!!!

You are doing o.k. just stick with it and do not beat yourself up if you fall off the wagon now and again just climb right back on there.............:D

Off to Asda this morning to plan my week with my food!

Will be 100% everyday except Sunday as I am going out for a staff do! We are going to a v posh Chinese restaurant and I haven't a clue what to eat lol!!

I have an urge to go to the gym! (Is that mad??) I know I'm a gym instructor but since I had my physiotherapy gymnasium session for the first time yesterday I feel the need to keep going!! Will see how I do with my OU work :)

Going to cook lots of different things this week so I don't get stuck in a rut! Does anyone know if the new SW mag is in shops yet?

My exercise will be down significantly this week! After my Physio yesterday my leg has got worse and worse and I can't walk much as it gets stiff :( glad I didn't go to the gym tho!!!!

I've been having a think...

I think my SW goal will be 10.6 1/2 Stone as that is exactly 50lbs! My Personalised goal will be 10.3 so not too far off :)

My minimum joining weight is 9.13 so as I drop I may see if I look unwell/gaunt as I am tall!!!
