Feel proud of myself as I was majorly tempted to go back to the kitchen and get cake and chocolate so instead I put my aerobics DVD on :)

feeling a bit peckish so going to make a cup of tea instead. I hope this all pays off at my WI tomorrow.
 
Three pounds off woo! That put a smile on my face today.

Though I celebrated by eating some cake which is really counter intuitive. I've gone a bit over plan today :/

Breakfast- 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
Lunch- 3 slices WW bread with jam, 2 slices of ham, 1 pack french fries, 2 cupcakes
Dinner- 2 potato waffles with cheese, carrot, broccoli
Dessert- 1 cupcake, 1 WW dessert, 1 WW chocolate bar

A whopping 40pro points :(

Exercise- 40mins walking and 30mins in the gym. 6 activity points created.

Will definitely try harder tomorrow.

Today's WW talk was all about portion control and it really opened my eyes up to the importance of weighing everything which sometimes I don't do. I'm also going to buy myself a smaller dinner plate tomorrow from Tesco.
 
Well since my loss at WI i went massively off track and binged every day. Today is my first binge free day! Sneakily weighed myself and i havent gained. Not been tracking points as there isnt any point as i know i have zero left this week so just tried to have small portions today.
 
Changed my weights as now just going by the WIs at WW meeting rather than scales at home. Weight is a bit higher seeing as I have my clothes on.

Starting weight- 14st 7
Current weight- 14 st 5

Breakfast- 2 slices WW bread with jam
Lunch- 4 Ryvita crispbreads, 25g cheese, 2 slices ham, 1 pack french fries
Snack- 1 apple, grapes
Dinner- 1 baked potato, tuna, sweetcorn
Dessert- Apple crumble slice with custard

Had a brilliant day so far today. On plan, good deal of exercise done. Cooked a lovely, healthy gammon pie for dinner. Just about to have some banana with some choc mousse, made myself wait half an hour for it after feeling the urge to eat to make sure I really am hungry for it and not just bored.

Update later with everything I've eaten today.

Really pleased as in the gym today had my body fat calculated and i've lost 1.1% over the past month!
 
Maybe they'd be able to if you asked? It's good to know isn't it, to keep track of.

Done 70 mins of walking today, feel proud of myself but think I got shin splints towards the end :( it hurt to walk.

Eaten all my points today and feeling guilty for it, mostly because the scales say I haven't lost any weight this week yet. I know I shouldn't be weighing myself at home, I should just rely on the official one in the meeting.

Thanks! Done 25min walk with the dog and then another 55min walk over the fields. Feel exhausted. Just had an apple but still a bit hungry. Scales still hadnt budged this morning, I don't know what I'm doing wrong? I really want a loss at WI tomorrow.
