Ugh in the space of 15 mins have ruined my good day. Why oh why do I do this?

I've done exactly the same tonight. Had 657 cals up until about 8 then I got out the fig rolls and mr Kiplinges. Ruined a hard days work. Was literally starving all day! :(
 
Oh dear! I hope you get back on track soon.

Eaten loads again today, decided I would eat all my weeklies and activity points to see if it would make me lose more weight. Will see what happens at the WI monday.

Have a new dress that was given to me from a friend. I absolutely love it, and it's my mission to lose weight so it looks fantastic on me.

That's a lovely dress. I'm still on mission to fit into a size 14 dress for my friends wedding. Fingers crossed.
How are you getting on? I'm fasting today so I my had 300 calories so far. Determined not to spoil it today x
 
I ruined the week by going over APs and weeklies by 14 points! Anyway, today was a new day and I've done really well. Got to be good this week as going to a party sat night where there will be a buffet and I want to treat myself.

Decided to keep weighing myself at home even if it does confuse me, because my home scales say I've lost 4lbs in total whereas ww say 1lb. It keeps me going to think I've lost 4lb, it's keeping me on track!

Actually my home scales say I've lost 6lbs! Wow!

I am really tempted to binge right now so trying to remember all the reasons why I want to lose weight.

Bought some new jeans today and they were a size 16, yay! But very tight.
 
So, yesterday I didn't exactly binge after posting but I overindulged on some doughnuts. However I still managed to lose weight today! So it's all good. I just wonder if it will be reflected at my WI on tuesday.
