Hi everyone. Have just ordered my starter pack and now waiting for it to arrive. Reading everybody's threads has fired me up with enthusiasm but still a bit apprehensive. Have done a VLCD before but not Exante (it worked but I gave up following the sudden death of my 18 year old daughter which threw me off track). Had not heard of Exante before so nice to see all the success stories.
