aww huni u can do this...you know you can....just think it is only for a few weeks or months depending on what your aim is and then after that you will be slimmer and you will be able to eat whatever you want in moderation portion sizes..:)...i have finally ordered my pack and it should be delivered to my home todai fingers crossed...and then i should be able to start it off on friday properly when i go bk home for the weekend...i am praying that i get a decent loss in the first week fingers crossed...and you have lost when you didn't stick to it so imagine hw much u can lose if u do stick to it..?? you can start off today as a new day or if don't manage it then you can wait til friday and then we both can spur each other on but just look at some of the losses these other people have had, they are amazin..!! :D...so we can do this as we are all on this journey together...i have a wedding coming up to go to hence that is what i am using as a motivation, try and think of something that could motivate you...?? umm hope this has helped in some way lol i am great at giivn advice but it is a lot harder for me to follow it myself lol so i am going to need motivation and support when i start off as well...its like now when i do eat i feel guilty but when i don't eat i feel soo hungry lol...its a proper messed up mind game that is goin on in my mind lol....so i do know how it feels for you hun

Hey Dreaming, you are normally the one who is giving inspiration now let us get you going. Take one step at a time, start slowly if you need to but never give up, you are an inspiration to us all and like you said to someone else the other day, hang in there.
Keep going Dreaming, baby steps if need be.

I coped with single minded bloody mindedness :)
I have always done it for ME
and No, I don't want just one biscuit/apple/sweet

but then I think people find me a bit weird

deep down I realise my health was suffering, I was getting aches and pains, and I think some friends liked me fat!!! I was easier to get on with then

what's the alternative? Diabetes? Heart disease, not being able to keep up with your kids?

I can relate to all of that! :)

Dream, you know you can do this. Just got to be stubborn against cravings and know you can beat them. I am into my 2nd 100% week and I now do not have to even think about cravings. I cook the kids dinner without a thought now. If you make it natural in your mind, it becomes a lot easier x
