2lb off this morning - wooooooooooooooo!

Lost that pesky 1.5lb from last week and an extra 1/2lb for good measure

Only 1.5lb till my wedding target, fingers crossed for next week, I'm going to be extra good :D
 
That's amazing, lovely! Well done! Fingers crossed for the week ahead - I know you can smash that target!

I have definitely reached a plateau as don't think I'm going to have lost again tomorrow. Am going to plan this week of green days and red days to see if that'll kickstart it again. I've got to shift 10lbs in 7 weeks now - really hope I can do it!

I must admit, I know people lose on EE but I have just always found green agrees with me best, only problem is I never seem to get enough fibre as I use my HexB's for meat usually rather than alpens or brown bread.

I had a bad weekend - had our wedding breakfast tasting which I thought would be tiny samples but was in fact a full blown 3 course meal!! Stuffed my face with lots of bread rolls (white ones - shocking!) slathered in butter, cheese, roast beef, yorkshire pudding, creamed potatoes, chocolate mousse & sticky toffee pudding. It was DELISH!! xxx
 
Ooh! Well you had to do a proper taste test didn't you - for quality control purposes ;) Have you made your choices now? What have you gone for?

EE worked so well for me to start with, but after I had those 2 bad weeks, nothing has moved! It's driving me nuts! I know 1st 4lbs is still a good loss, but I wanted to have lost 2st by now :( xx
 
Try red/green days for say 2 weeks and see if it helps, sometimes you need something to kick start yourself.

I'm having asparagus spears wrapped in parma ham & sunblushed tomatoes (which are little bits of heaven). Followed by roast beef with all the trimmings then sticky toffee pudding.

We have 3 options for each course but that's what I'm having.

It was so yum, don't think I'll be able to eat it all on the day though.....

Dinner - carbonara (hexb x2 bacon, hexa x1.5 cheese) with cabbage & sweetcorn

Snacks - melon, grapes, peach, options (x2 syns & 1/2 hexa milk), milky bar (3.5 syns), pink & white with jam in (3 syns)
