    So weighed inlast night at 14 stone 2.8 lbs. Day 1. Ud imagine it would have been a good day for me but no not so much.

    Breakfast- cereal- 5
    spelt toast- 4

    lunch chicken wrap
    tortilla 3
    chicken 2.5
    cheese 2
    coldslaw 2
    onion 0

    snack spelt toast 4

    more spelt toast 4

    supper cereal 5

    cupe of tea and sugar- .5

    bar of choc5

    sweets pick n mix 8

    45 points!!!! allowance = 24

    over by 21 points!!!


    kickboxing tonight plus walking today= 6

    will seriously watch point over next few days. points earned. 1 hour and half


    eeeek have to try harder tomorrow. :(


    had more after kickboxing. ok restart tomorrow,
