Aaargh. I had my first weigh in last night and only lost 1.5 pounds. I have 1.5 stone to lose to get back to a healthy BMI and was on ss+ plan for a week which I stuck to (apart from a glass of wine at the beginning of the week). I was in ketosis by day 6. Very disheartening. Spent all week hungry and feeling v righteous knowing what good results normally happen. Have trawled internet for other similar low numbers but no luck...
