    Wednesday 16th Feb:
    Missed breakfast as i had a morning weigh in :/
    then went for a carvery after weigh in im thinking it was relatively not a bad cheat but regret it now :mad: so i'm hoping 15syns for the carvery, but i'm sure it will be more.
    Tea: mushroom omlette with onions and peas with rice
    snacks: apple
    drinks: water and coffee with sweetener
    HeA 250ml skimmed milk
    no healthy option b :/

    Lunch:
    pasta with cod roe and salad
    Tea:
    chicken breast
    roast potatoes (fry lite)
    homemade onion gravy (yum)
    Mixed veg
    Snacks:
    mullerlight and a apple
    HeA:
    250ml Skimmed milk
    HeB:
    1 slice wholemeal bread

    Homemade carrot soup and a slice of nimble wholemeal bread HeB
    Tea:
    Chilli (extra lean mince,kidnet beans, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms and onions)
    SW spicy wedges (syn free)
    rice
    Snacks:
    None

    250ml Skimmed milk

    half tin of mackerel in tomato sauce on one slice of
    wholemeal nimble (Heb)
    Lunch:
    Nutella (1tbsp - 4syns) on toast (Heb)
    Tea:
    salmon with baby new potatoes, parsley sauce
    brocolli, cauliflower, broadbeans, greenbeans, sweetcorn
    Snacks: seafood sticks
    mullerlight and choc options powder frozen (quite nice) 2.5syns
    none
    HeA:
    250ml Skimmed milk
    HeB
    2 slices of wholemeal nimble bread
    Syns:
    1tbsp nutella - 4syns
    belgian choc options - 2.5syns
    parsley sauce - 50mls - 4syns

    Tin of mackerel on 1 slice of nimble wholemeal
    Lunch:SW chips, poached eggs, beans and grilled mushrooms
    Tea:
    roe, baby potatoes
    onion, carrots, sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower green beans and peas
    Snacks:
    1tbsp nutella on wholemeal nimble toast
    apple
    HeB:
    2 Slices of nimble wholemeal bread
    HeA:
    250ml Skimmed milk
    Syns:
    1 tbsp Nutella - 4 syns
    bisto - 4 syns?
