Just had my week 3 weigh in and lost 3lbs this week. Would have like a bit more but generally pleased. 15lbs in 3 weeks is pretty good, couldn't have got those results on any other diet. Since starting I've lost 2.5 inches from my bust, 3 inches from my waist 4.5 from my hips, 1.5 from my upper arms and 2.5 from my thighs. So it may not be showing masses off on the scales but I'm definately gettin smaller yipee!
