OOpps please be careful if you are copy your results in as peeps are getting missed lol... and we don't want that do we... poor debs was missed off on Friday.... our only weigher on a Friday.

Sorry for such a late update but spent the afternoon at hospital with my daughter, lost the 3lb i needed for the challenge and also hit 4 stone loss in total to date, so very pleased with the scales today (cant seem to get the text off bold sorry)
