Breakfast:

Lunch:
Tomato Soup (Left Over)
Apple

Dinner:
2 Eggs fried in fry light
Mushrooms
Bacon
3 veggie sausages (3 Syns)
Beans

Tea and coffee with milk

A loss is a loss and it's a step in the right direction! So well done!! I'm feeling a bit fed up this week, and I'm rather uninspired! But I need to do a food shop as I have nothing left so my food intake is very limited! Need to update my diary for yesterday as well x
 
Although i have missed a few days and those days did include naughties such as fish and chips, and pizza. I have lost 5 lbs this week! :)
So really pleased with that but now i am back on plan!

I honestly do not know how i managed that. I was not strict, i guess if i wanted something i had it. Then the craving is over and done with! Seems to work for me! I also made some vegetable soup and had lots and lots of that! Lots of super speedy veggies! Yum! Just prepared some more in the slow cooker for tomorrow! If you like veggie soup i suggest you try it! It might work for you too!

This week i lost 1lb! But it is still 1lb in the right direction!!

Dinner:

& unthinkable amount of syns on alcohol!! :/


Sunday 6th February

(pretty hungover, really did not want to eat anything!)

Monday 7th February
