Weight Loss Journey.. One Day at a time..

Well I have done a few:

My veg soup is:
Swede
Carrots
Parsnips
Onions
(the above being the casserole pack from Morrisons at only 50p!)
And leeks
Then add stock and seasoning to taste. I usually have 2 veg stock and 2 chicken.

I've made a pea an ham one which is so easy!
2 tins of mushy peas
Onion
Any type of stock
And ham
I also put leeks in again and blended it all up.

I made a take on the super speedy super free soup which was:
2 tins of tomatoes
1 tin of baked beans
Onion
Peppers
Leeks
Carrots
Plus any more free veg you like... Stock and seasoning!

And then tonight I have made a leek and potato with:
Morrisons country style soup mix
Leeks
Onions
Shallots
Potatoes
Ham
Chicken
And stock!
This one I tend to leave chunky! It is so filling!!

Not too sure on quantities as I rend to just put whatever I fancy in, and I'm doing this from memory but if you fancy any I can find out for you x
 
Wednesday 9th February

Breakfast
Apple
Grapes
Strawberries
Banana
Fat Free Yoghurt


Lunch
Potato and Leek Soup.
Fat Free Yoghurt
Apple
Cherries


Dinner
Quorn Stir fry
Soy sauce
Fresh Egg Noodles 150g (2 Syns)
Ham (3 syns)
4 x pink wafer biscuits (8 Syns)
2 x Alpen bars (HEB)
Milk (HEA)
 
Just thought I'd pop by to let you know that I had my weigh in - lost 2lbs - thought I'd lose more but hey ho! I'm going to try your soups tomorrow - do you cook them on the slow cooker - will try having soup at lunchtimes all next week - see how I get on. How are you anyway?? x
 
I'm good ta. Really into the swing of things now!! Get you! 2lb that's great, best way to do it slowly! So well done!! Hope your okay too!
I just cook it in a saucepan for about an hour.. Just I'm sure you could cook it in the slow cooker! I have read on here that many others are! Good luck with this week! I find the soup so filling I hardly want to snack! We shall see how well it has worked on Saturday! Keep up the good work!! Xx

Left over Stir fry (2 Syns)

Fat free yoghurt

Dinner:
Gammon
Salad
Pineapple
4 x Pink Wafers (8 syns)
 
Friday 11th February

Breakfast:
2 x EL Laughing Cow Triangles (2 Syns)
2 slices of toast (HEB)
Strawberries
grapes

Lunch:
Salad
Ham
Chicken
Marinated Prawns and Sweet chilli dip (1 Syn)
Praline Bar (9.5 Syns)

Dinner:
Veg Soup
Veg Sticks and Houmous (3 Syns)
2 Muller lights
 
Saturday 12th February

Breakfast
Beans
Omelette with mushrooms and leeks
2 x Quorn sausages
Strawberries
Pineapple
2x Fat free yoghurt

Lunch
Ryvita x 4
2 x EL laughing cow triangles
Carrot and Cucumber sticks
3 x tbsp Houmous (3 syns)
1 x Doughnut (12.5 Syns)
Apple
Cherries
2x Fat free yoghurt

Dinner:
Chicken fajitas (From a Sizzler)
& a few Drinks! Yummy!
 
Has really fallen off the wagon today!! Croissants, Sunday dinner with all the trimmings, popcorn... Eek! I feel really bad now and don't know why I did it!!! :(
 
Monday 14th february

Breakfast

Options hot choc (1.5 Syns)
 
Thursday 17th February

Breakfast
2x Alpen bars
2 x bananas
Fat free yoghurt

Lunch
Veg soup
Pineapple
Fat free yoghurt

Dinner
Tikka chicken slices
Salad
Jacket potato
Cottage cheese
Salad cream (1Syn)
Cake (6 Syn)
 
Feels like I have kinda given up, although I have carried on with my plan, I forget about my food diary!! :( it sort of makes me feel like I'm failing because I can't get used to writing one everyday, and then to read everyones diary's and to see you alluding so well!! Why can't I get my head around it?! It's always been the same! Although I lost 2lb this week and 12lb in total, I still feel bad! I am disappointed in myself But don't know why? :((
 
Good evening fellow slimmers!

Today started with good intentions!

B: fruit and yoghurt
L: vegetable soup, jelly an low fat cadbury moose....

Then it went downhill... I met a friend for coffee had 2 large cappuccino's and chocolate fudge cake.. Eek!

D: pizza toast: bread (heb) cheese(hea) tomatoes and onions
S: biscuits .. Eek!

I did do about 40 mins on just dance 2 hopefully that has helped burn a few calories off!!
 
I missed it this week, will have to watch it on replay.

I'm trying out your soup recipe tomorrow - they look fab and really healthy and filling. Will key you know how I get on.

Diary looked good for today, how do you make your pizza...that's definitely the thing I miss the most x

How did the soup go?

And my pizza toast is just toast with pizza toppings... Tomato purée, tomatoes, cheese etc. Good way to use up some healthy extras! X
 
Today I'm really not getting it?! I think because I had a naughty week last week and still lost. In my mind I think I can do that again! I know it's not the case deep down! I feel like giving up :(
 
Just as i thought! I've put 2lb on!! however i needed that. After my naughty week the week before and still lost a pound, in my head i thought i could get away with it and have snacked all week. Hence no food diary because i have been an utter pig this week! I simply can not remember what i have eaten and when. Which is rather disgusting if im honest!

Today is a fresh start!
