Weight Loss Journey.. One Day at a time..

As i had mentioned yesterday it was a fresh start, and boy have i done some planning! As you can see below i have drawn up a chart for my whole weeks meals. And then each day as it is updated i am going to update it on here. I am hoping that this will keep me well on track and give me the kick up the bum i need!
It is kept on the fridge so i can always see it and never ignore it!! :cross:

Saturday 5th March

Breakfast

This is an absolute NIGHTMARE! The boiler has blown up and we have no heating or hot water!!!
 
Thank you! I've been away from home this week so not really been on plan! I also had 2 days in the pub for a friend birthday. So considering that I think my 2lb gain is not too bad!

Well done on the weigh in - I'm sure mine would have been a lot worse (I have no self control).

This week I am desperate to shift 2lbs before weigh in as it will give me my 1.5 stickie and my club 10!! I seem to be stuck at this weight and it's not shifting.

Do you mainly do ee?

Last week I was dog sitting for my aunt so wasn't as easy to stick to the plan! And then this week I'm finding it hard as I am waiting for pay day! :( so think I may have gained this week too !!

Hiya, oh cute! I love dogs and it's an excellent way to get some exercise in! Kitchen is coming along well - it's being fitted next Thursday. Electrics, flooring And plastering have been done. Painting it in Friday. Going to Birmingham on Saturday with my friends. Weigh in for me tomorrow so moment of truth! X

Well it's been a while, i've been off plan and totally not focused! Really Disappointed in myself. I knew what i was doing was wrong but did not have the strength to stop myself! It's really starting to get me down now! I have never hated my body so much! I know people tell you to be strong and positive! But sometimes its just so hard!!
