I have just found out the average potato waffle is 3 syns...thought they were more!

As I'm trying to empty the freezer I'm having 2 potato waffles with beans and egg (green day)

No I use low fat sausages. I usually count them as 4 syns each and have a couple.

Its another made up recipe

I chuck in browned sausages, onion, peppers, mushroom, butter beans, any other tinned beans, passata, chilli, garlic, oxo, Worcester, Tom purée ... You get the picture. Six hours on slow. Might have it on pasta or a jacket, not sure yet! Carrots and broccoli for super free.
