Wednesday 17th October

Don't know what's wrong with me today, I just can't seem to stop eating! I feel so tired too.

Breakfast: Fruit n Fibre, sliced banana, skimmed milk.

Lunch: Chicken MugShot, Phili cheese and 4 Crackerbread.

Snacks: 2 clementines, Velvet Crunch, HiFi bar, danish pastry (EEK!)
 
I'm not happy .....my scales say I'm 3kg up ;( !! Get weighed tomorrow so will get the proper results. Well done to you though !!

Thanks guys...

Did half an hour on the Wii today and then traipsed round a sixth form college open evening for youngest daughter for what seemed like hours.

Dinner: jacket potato, salad and tuna with mayo.

That's not a bad day's worth of eating at all... bad is when you eat 2 slices of gingerbread loaf at 13 syns a piece!!! ooops.

Well done on the exercise... since moving I've gotten lazy! Will return to the gym next week once all flat bits are done and dusted! x
 
Catching up again...

Thursday 18th October

Breakfast: Fruit n Fibre with skimmed milk (no bananas left)

Exercise: half an hour on the Wii Fit

Lunch: smoked mackerel and 4 crackerbread, grapes

Snacks: Velvet Crunch, Hi Fi bar

Dinner: OMG KFC 3 pieces of chicken and a portion of chips. I'm not sure I dare look how many syns.

It gets worse. I'm out for a meal tonight with friends and then at a Harvest Supper (skittles and Fish & Chips supper) tomorrow night.

Sigh.

Preparing living room for redecoration today. i.e furniture moving and sorting out so doubt I'll get on the Wii today.
 
Friday 19th October

Breakfast: wholemeal bap with bacon and chopped tomatoes.
 
Snack: Alpen snack bar

Lunch: omelette, salad and half a wholemeal bap, 0% fat Activia yoghurt

Lots of sorting out completed this morning and more to do this afternoon!
 
Went out for dinner last night and blew the SW eating plan somewhat! Had slice of garlic bread, lamb moussaka with salad and toffee, icecream pancake along with several glasses of white wine.:eek:

Saturday 21st October

Breakfast: Fruit n fibre with banana and skimmed milk.

Lunch: bacon, egg, wholemeal bread

Snacks: loads of fruit throughout the day but also Velvet Crunch

Dinner: mini cod & chips with mushy peas. I passed on the apple pie and cream but did have red wine.

I know I've overeaten cos I feel really bloated.

New day tomorrow.

Sunday 21st October

Breakfast: Fruit n Fibre plus sliced banana and skimmed milk

Lunch: Scrambled egg, bacon & 2 slices w/m bread

Snacks: Velvet Crunch, Hi Fi Bar, Curly Wurly

Dinner: pork stir fry, choc mousse % fat with fresh berries
 
Monday 22nd October

Breakfast: Fruit n Fibre, sliced banana and skimmed milk.

Really missing the Wii but in the midst of decorating the living room atm and it's a big task. Have to make do with exercise through walking the dog and badminton tonight.
 
Lunch:baked beans on 2 slices w/m bread with smidge of cheddar finely grated

Snacks: Velvet Crunch, grapes

Played badminton for the best part of 2 hours (really aching today (Tuesday))

Dinner: SW spiced chicken, ratatouille and small portion of boiled rice, melon.
 
Tuesday 23rd October

Breakfast: Fruit n Fibre with sliced banana and skimmed milk.
 
I have the aching body to prove it Seacrest! Lol

Lunch: Kippers and crackerbread (stank the house out all afternoon - not sure I'll do THAT again!)

Snack: Velvet Crunch

Got the Wii reconnected today so did an hour.

Weigh In at SW - stayed the same for the second week running. Disappointing. Going to fill in S.A.S sheets this week to try and be stricter with myself.

So knackered tonight and despondent I guess, I gave in to temptation and had one of those take away curry bags from Morrisons.:busted:
