WS Day one....costa was a killer!!

Hi there,
I'm very new to this and need all the help I can get. I planned to do TS but realised that I will be better starting on WS as I am a nurse part time and work cleaning the rest and it's physically demanding at times. Also, mentally I feel i can stick to the shakes knowing i will be rewarded with a meal in the evening!!!
Even though I've only been doing this 2/3 of a day I'm appreciating my small meal i plan to have at 7pm. Figure when I've eased into WS I will look to change to TS when weight loss not enough and that outweighs the desire to eat!!!
Any tips in first few days?
