Much unlike the weekend I've had a nice hard work out in the gym and only had one of my shakes so far :0) go me, first Monday in ages I've woke up and got straight to the diet no picking or plans of cheating :0) tonight won't be a hungry night that's for sure :0) xx

well done for going to the gym, i really wish i could get to a gym without it costing me a fortune, all the ones round here are mega bucks! and well done for getting straight to the diet without a cheat :D

Thank you :0) I'm actually not bad with the gym I go alot it's the food side letting me Down!! Baby steps tho :0) lucky for me im a mature student so only have to pay £21 a month to use a great gym :0) no excuse really !!

Just making salmon with shallots and cherry tomatoes cooked in garlic juices with buttery new potatoes, it smells as good as it sounds and all accounted for :0) yummy!! Xxx

Just updating :0) ready for bed right after the biggest loser! Another day done! I'm already anxious for weigh in Saturday. I'll be content with 1lbs a week loss, im being really patient this time!! Roll on gym tomorrow !! Yay!!! Xx

Well done with the gym. Its taking me all the time just to get my head round counting cals etc nevermind adding bloody exercise!!

Seriously though once week 1s done and dusted exercise might be a good idea. Wii Fit to begin with as cant afford a gym. Baby steps :)

Well today has been touch and go?! I think I've done ok! I had my two shakes and 2 snacks, then I had to try 2 ice creams as part of university experiments!! So I did.... Hmmm

I started a pole dancing class tonight :0) very different I really liked it!! And sitting in the gym now to get the extra cals off :0) having only chicken and a little veg for tea later so that should balance the ice cream!!! I hope I can get 2 lbs just one week!! Xx

The pole dancing thing sounds interesting. I dont think the ice cream would do to much damage and plus i dont imagine uni budgets would allow big portions for experiments anyways :D

Hahaha I wish. It was sadly two "adequate" portions should I say! I wish my hubby would let me instal a pole in the living room but he's refusing haha!! I'm very excited for my class next week, I wish she put a couple more on!! X

Today has been very tiring! Didn't have the energy to have a 3rd workout in the gym this week so I opted for a few lengths and a sauna. My muscles are still so sore but back to the gym tomorrow and a day off Friday I think, I have a full day in uni so not very likely to be up for it!

I'm really sad thinking I weigh the same as when I started 2 weeks ago, my start was rocky, I just hope Saturday's weigh in is going to reflect the hours I put into this, in getting used to this new way of life and don't want to be disheartened by staying the same xx

Hi, Ive been doing slim-fast two weeks now and my weight initially started going down (lost 11lb at day 10) and then on Thurs is didnt budge at all...Monday came around and I hoped the scales would have moved, which they did...in the wrong direction. Ive been so good with the diet literally 2 shakes with a healthy low carb meal, running/davina dvd most days and the thought of gaining weight is so harsh. Im sure you will loose this week but I know how it feels when you put in the work and dont get the results you want :( Keep on with it though, thats what im doing. Im gonna go to my local slimming world tomorrow to get weighed there to check my scales are not playing up but I think it must be wishful thinking on my part lol! Keep us posted on how you get on xxx

Thank you. It's so easy to gain, and seems miles harder to lose. We shall see on that all important Saturday morning.... :0)

i would love to go to a pole dancing or a burlesque dance class but i havent worked up the courage as yet, i am going to zumba tomorrow night though all on my own so it could be quite terrifying lol. If your hubby wont let you get a pole, u could get one of the ones u can put up/down when you want to use it? and good luck on saturday too!!

Pole dancing was fun! Although I was looking in mirror thinking I would look so much more classy/sexy if I didn't have all these lumps and bumps everywhere!! :0) it's a 6 week course so hopefully I can put my platforms on and work it on my last class hehe! It really is alot more technical than I thought and worked some muscles I forgot I had hahaha xx

I love it, last chance work out. Guess your a biggest looser watcher. When I am dieting I watch the lot but when I am being naughty I try to hide from them. Enjoy Paris.

Me to, the Uk one is so quick this time, with one programme a week and hardly any contestants, I have not bonded with anybody; How sad am I. I even watch X Weighted on Sky at lunch if I am around.
