Today has been very tiring! Didn't have the energy to have a 3rd workout in the gym this week so I opted for a few lengths and a sauna. My muscles are still so sore but back to the gym tomorrow and a day off Friday I think, I have a full day in uni so not very likely to be up for it!
I'm really sad thinking I weigh the same as when I started 2 weeks ago, my start was rocky, I just hope Saturday's weigh in is going to reflect the hours I put into this, in getting used to this new way of life and don't want to be disheartened by staying the same xx
