Hi has anyone tried the 7lb in 7 days juicing diet from Jason Vale? I am currently on day 5 and really struggling today, not so much that I want food in fact I don't want any at all, it's that I lack energy?? I'm doing it to the book so wondering if anyone else had any experience?
