    Please don't feel down if you haven't lost anything. Sometimes the body goes into starvation mode if there's a change so you won't see much a loss. If you loose like 1lb and feel down, google how much 1lb actually is as it's a huge huge amount. It sounds like you've done really well Hun xxx
