    Hey lovelies happy 2017! Turns out 2016 sucked! I gained 7lb last year, stress eating, finishing off my education, illness, family problems... any how I stated at Christmas and have 4lb left to get back at goal, aiming for that by the end of January! Lots of love & best wishes to all.

    Well it's been a long long time since I was on here but yeah, I maintain my weight with the f&h approach! It's really life changing! I've stayed at around 8.11stone since the last time I posted here ? over a year ago. Maybe longer! I was looking for some old pictures & remembered this account!

    Wow what can I say.... 2 years since my last post.... I'm at target, I do go up & down a couple pounds depending on time of the month! I've just had my gallblader removed 2 days ago so I'm recovering from that, have to take 6ish weeks of rest before I can start working out again!

    that's awesome :D good going, slip ups happen but if they keep happening it will take you outa ketosis and it's a nightmare getting back in to it! If you really need something stick to a boiled egg a small can of tuna or a small chicken breast! :) keep it up lady x

    It does get easier, the headaches stop, you kinda get used to being slightly hungry I think it's mostly mental though. Once your in ketosis if you have the will power its smooth sailing :) x

    I'm currently having a nightmare with under eye dark circles & puffyness I use a yellow corrective concealer by e.l.f but I'll be honest it really doesn't do much. Does anyone know of a good concealer that's under £15 that works?! Anythings a brilliant help!
