The only reason I said about the spag Bol is that when I was a consultant those who had it regularly seemed to slow in their losses but when they stopped having it their losses increased. As I say it's anecdotal and it shouldn't stop anyone having it just something to be aware of!

Step 1 Sole Source Shall I avoid bars to get back into ketosis?

What (healthy) foods can you eat that aren't on the list?

The allowed list is based on known amounts. The recipes allow small amounts of things that aren't on the list. The explanation for that is the recipes are carefully planned so they allow some foods that aren't on the list without going over the carb limits. However 80g of tomatoes would be too...

The lemon bars are higher cals but the carbs are largely comparable across them all. There can be strange effects on your digestive system if you have more than one of the other bars. Don't forget even with three of the lemon bars a day you're still on less than 600kcals from products! Xxx

What (healthy) foods can you eat that aren't on the list?

Kiwi is right. Tomato is a fruit and has fairly high sugar in it. Carrots and other starchy or sweet veg aren't allowed because they're starchy or sweet and so have high carbs. If you have these foods then you are likely to struggle to get into and stay in ketosis. With nuts it's the carb and...

You could have three lemon bars a day if you wanted! Or a lemon and any other bar. It's totally on plan and there's no reason you shouldn't. They can slow you getting into ketosis for some but there's no reason not to go for two a day. Some find that having the bars can slow their losses but...

    Diet Coke!!

The citric acid might stop you getting into ketosis. The reason to aim for ketosis is that it stops you feeling hungry so you're more likely to succeed in sticking to the diet.
