    Hi everyone, I had my first weigh in today, and lost 4.4lbs. I'm really pleased, but have had a really bad day today food wise, and feel yuck! :( I've kept within my calories, but ate too much fat, and not much fruit and veg. I'll do better tomorrow! How have your days been? Carol x

    Set Cals Per Day, or Average Over the Week?

    Hi, I try to stick to roughly the same amount of calories each day, between 1200 - 1400. If I do go over by alot one day (like when too much wine is involved) I reduce my calorie intake for a while to compensate, and do a little bit extra walking. The calories in alcohol is shocking isn't it!

    Salad Light Caesar dressing spray - 1cal per spray Skiny Cow Triple Chocolate Ice Cream stick - 87 calories and less then 3% fat - SOOO YUMMY! Good food website has great recipes, and you can search by amount of calories. Carol x

    how to make chicken and salad tasty?

    Hi, I've just bought Caesar dressing spray from Morrisons, which is 1 cal per spray :eek:. I tried it today, and it's really yummy! They also sell a balsamic one. I'm sure they'll be in most supermarkets :) Good Luck Carol x

    Hi Littleone, I'm going to search for a similar recipe, sounds really yummy! Try not to weigh everyday, you'll get disheartend if you don't see any changes. Plus, if you are doing extra exercise, you might be gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat. Carol x
