    Google calculator said 87 kilograms = 13.7001549 stones. Nevertheless, I weighed myself 3 times on my scales and it says different readings- was at the same time, no clothes and before food

    Tips and Tricks on how to NOT binge eat.

    I try and drink atleast a pint of water if I start feeling hungry or go out for a walk. I think as soon as I think about my food, my mind tricks me into thinking I'm hungry, so I start having stomach rambles but I know I'm full. x

    Beef curry was in the slow cooker, just a burmese style one. Fish sauce and tomato puree- which is probably high in sugar. Did 20 mins work out this morning, then some yoga this afternoon might go for a walk too. Hopefully that will shift the evil pound...

    I had egg whites and galette for breakfast. Egg whites and Ham slices Beef curry with lettuce and a bowl of jelly. At night I had a handful of bran flakes.

    I'm now a pound under 14...ive been really bad recently and I didn't weigh myself for one week because I couldn't bare to look at the scales just incase my weight increased!. I'm starting to eat porridge for breakfast as I feel it fills me up more! and its 261 calories so only 41 calories more...

    So far I had light choices bar from tescos 80 calories Boiled egg 80 calories with Broccoli- 40 calories and tuna spread about 80 calories- it was only a tablespoon. So far 280 calories!!! My boyfriend's brother birthday party is tonight, curry is on the menu...:( no alcohol for me..
