    More a tip than a recipe! Dips!

    Made sweet potato fries and love them normally smothered in Sweet chili sauce but because it's so syn full, I decided to mix just a teaspoon into three tablespoons of Fat free greek yogurt! Maybe the nicest thing I have ever eaten. Going to try this tomorrow night with BBQ sauce too!
