    I put all my food powered in my suitcase never had a problem. They know it isn't drugs etc as sniffer dogs would smell it, don 't worry will be ok.

    I also think the word diet doesn't help, you think of food all the time then. Maybe just going back to basics or either trying one last time.     Advice please - numb, fuzzy chest?

    I had the same pains when I started was still there after 4 weeks, so I took a break and ate heathly and the pain went away quickly. Started back up and seems ok now.

    For the 1 st time in my life I have found the plan that works for me along with 1500 cal diet plan and I'm so happy. i work out at the gym 3/4 times per week doing 30 mins HITT workout on the crosstrainer, then I do full body workout with weight machines.

    Yes agree weight training and cardio and good diet, when jogging do some HITT with it, jog few mins then run as fast as u can for 30 seconds then jog then repeat, fantasic for weight loss.

    I was told that anything under 1,500 is a starvation diet and you should not really go under that for a healthy weight loss. But can get quick results on vcld diet.

    I always have big breakfast Had salmon fillet, 2 poached eggs, salad, Tom, cucumber, beetroot and Syns for tiny amount of philli light soft cheese, delicious and keeps me gong for hours.

    Well done everyone, I'm very disappointed only lost 2 lb and was my first week, followed it to the plan, no treats. I have felt very bloated last three days to the point it is quite painful also noticed jeans were tighter than usual. Anyone else been like this when they first start the plan.

    Yes on EE I don't lose much so I stick to red days, I have lots meat, fish, salad and eggs very small amounts carbs. Seems to work better for me, I might throw a green day in once a week for variation.
