Anyone in the 11 stone bracket want support to get down to the 10s?

Well, I'm officially going to stay here as I set my target at 11stone 0lbs - and achieved it tonight! :) I'm very pear-shaped so an am happy with size 10/12 top and 12/14 bottom - I didn't want to lose any more from "up top" so think I'll stay here for a while and get used to maintaining...

Anyone Maintaining Who Wants Help And Mutual Support To Stay Put?

Can I join please? Hit target tonight so 3 stone 5lbs down. I'm very pear-shaped so am happy with being a size 10-12 top and 12-24 bottom. I don't want to lose any more from "up top" (if you know what I mean!) so now have to learn to maintain :)

Oh, I forgot to thank SlimmingKitchen and GlitterMonkey for their support :) It's just that I was hoping for a big push towards target - but it's still a loss and I'll up the S and P foods and see what happens :) Butternut squash and lentil soup for lunch, followed by a peach and a...
