    I know I have a long way to go but I'm thinking about when I come off LT. If I do three weeks and the one week refeed, do you think I'll keep it off if I join slimming world? Or should I do weightwatchers?

    Scales say no weight loss?

    Hi I have uploaded some pics of myself, the one in the green was when I lost 1 stone naturally and the waistcoat is me now 7lbs heavier. Anyway my main concern is after 3 days I've had no weight loss but look slimmer? I'm sticking to it religiously :/ but enjoying my time on lipotrim :D

    Ok so it's saturday and I started LT this morning, had the chicken soup and nearly threw up. I'm 16 and 20st 3lbs. Help and advice on shakes and getting through it? Also I am feeling tired, does this go when I hit ketosis?
