    Meat portion sizes

    How much do you have with lunch and dinner? For dinners I will often have 2 pork chops or a 300g steak but I am sure Atkins says to have a 250g portion at each meal or am I making this up? Obviously this is alongside my veg :)

    Ok so I will cut down the vodka and coke to just weekends to see what difference that makes. I will also increase the veg and water and see how this week goes. If I have a crap loss next week I will cut out the cheese and see what happens :) I don't really feel any thinner after two weeks...

    Oopsie rolls came out really well! Definitely such a treat after 2 weeks on this diet. I will be trying a bacon sarnie in the morning with my low carb ketchup :)

    I think it is not allowed on the old version of Atkins but then neither was cream cheese. Just count the carbs and enjoy! Cheeseburger pie was lush!

    They smell and look really good! Hope they taste good too :) Also going to try a cheeseburger pie later. Atkins is certainly good for my cooking skills, I have always been a bung in the oven type of cook. What can I use the rolls for? I dont have a sweet tooth so savoury ideas only please :)
