    I wear both. I´m very self conscious about them. Especially where I live (in Spain). Spanish women never seem to have big boobs, so I feel odd. My husband just said he´d do the C25K with me if I want to do it at night :)

    I think swimming uses more muscles, so more all over body workout. But like others have said walking is easier and you don´t have to get wet :)

    Garlic chicken pockets are nice, stuff them with zero fat cream cheese and add some garlic and herbs and pepper. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven. Really tasty and can be cooked evening before and eaten cold at work for lunch. Even nicer straight from the oven for dinner.
