    If anything some days i think i eat too little carbs, maybe thats where im going wrong?! I dont eat any SF foods or atkins bars etc, they dont agree with my gut. The only thing i treat myself to is dr pepper zero once every few days. I guess i'll stop that n see how it goes :/

    Lol aw thanks wendy! I dont think i do anything in particular. I drink lots of water n use lots of chillies in my cooking which i think may help boost my metabolism (and my bowels LOL) Oh and i do go to the gym alot but ive always done that even when i was at my biggest.

    Oh no, is that the natural sweetener stuff? I find sweetex a little bitter, ive been using granular canderel but i dont think it suits my tummy :( i need to buy some more splenda i think!

    I sometimes use 1 large or a few cherry toms when making curry, i just make sure i count the carbs and have them as part of my daily allowance. Tomatoes are an acceptable food in phase 1 (induction) on the official atkins website.
