    Yeah, Apidexin contributed massively to my weight loss. Although, there are people out there who didn't feel the same way. Apidexin burns fat whilst suppresses appetite. I would recommend it though. Well done on your weight loss by the way, that amazing :D

    I'm not sure where you are from. But there is a prescribed drug in the U.K called Xenical. This reduces the amount of fat that can be absorbed into the body. You could possibly try anti-apatite drugs if your always feeling hungry.

    I think they are vegetarian yes :) They come in Sesame Teriyaki and spicy Kung Pao. They are roughly 300 calories but I assume that is mostly salt and sugar because there is only 1g of fat in them.

    Protein shakes are not such a good idea if you are looking to lose weight. I'd recommend reaching your goal weight before mixing weight training with high protein intake. :)

    Also check the content of protein in it. The body can only process a certain amount of protein in one sitting I think it is 30mg. This way you may be able to drink less (which by the taste of most shakes is a good thing) this also can save you money which is also a good thing :)

    5 pounds isn't that bad I don't think. Just make sure you are eating enough calories for what you do in a day. If your not well you will not be using that many so as long as you eat enough you should be fine.
