    I cook my chicken with the skin on but in the slow cooker. I cook the potatoes separately in the oven. I found I have much less waste as the meat literally falls off the bone x

    What I usually do is make enough for 4 portions , my husband and I will have one each and then I freeze two individual portions for lunches at work x I dont have a microwave at home x

    Definately I make chilli and freeze and Bolegnese sauces. I just use 5% mince onions garlic cumin chilli flakes chilli powder oxo cube tomato puree and 2 x tin tomatoes. Fry onions and garlic and mince mix in the rest and cook. Freeze when cool. I do not like kidney beans so do not put them in x

    Hi Really need a kick up the backside. Started SW Feb 12 at 13 stone 11.5.I was 12.5.5 when I went on holiday 16th October 2012 and have been off the wagon since. After my weigh in last night and a 3.5 lb gain. I am now 8.5 lb heavier than when I went on holiday !!!! I am so cross with myself :(

    Yep already did that. She said I am doing every thing right. The fact that I exercise a lot can apparently slow you down. I fill out my food diaries each day in full as never want to go over but what can I do. Just keep at it but it is very annoying when you are doing everything right.
