    SW says get stuff from the "Fresh from the grill" section! Things such as steaks, spicy rice and seasoned vegetables are always a better option :) also, Spicy Diablo Pasta is meant to be alright, but ask for cheese on the side! Hope you enjoy your meal! x

    yorkshire puddings (small-ish size) is between 3-5 syns i think my consultant told me! and gravy, it really depends on how they make it. i'm really not sure sorry, i'd count like 2 syns per tablespoon but that oculd be completely wrong! hahaa

    What are you using your syns on today?

    just enjoying a weight watchers chocolate ice cream tub (4 syns) with 2 cadbury's caramel nibbles (1.5 syns). I also had a biscuit before, which I'm going to guess was like 3? it was one of those sandwich type biscuits. so, probably a total of 8.5 syns today, happy with that but no more today...

    i have (well, we think) PCOS, so i only actually get a star week every couple of months or something. but when i do, i tend to gain a couple of pounds, so frustrating. i sometimes take diuretics, which helps with water retention.

    wow, it's scary how similar we sound! i did the same thing; restricted and lost a lot of weight, then binged and purged, but then it turned into a cycle which lasted a good five years or so. but it's lead to my weight spiralling out of control! i know what you mean about learning to trust food...
